Warranty
The guarantee of the products offered by Eléctricas Bogotá Ltda. Applies from the invoicing of the equipment and will be valid for 6 months.
Eléctricas Bogotá Ltda. Undertakes to repair, change or provide the corresponding advice generated by defective products without any surcharge for the client and / or evaluate the reimbursement of the cost of the product. The replacement and / or repair time of the products requested under warranty would not exceed a period of 15 business days, counted from the receipt of the product at our facilities.
Returns:
In the event that the merchandise presents inconsistencies, the customer must inform the supplier in writing within a period of no more than eight (8) business days from the date of receipt of the merchandise.
To make the return of merchandise effective, the customer must comply with the following:
Fill out the form established by Eléctricas Bogotá Ltda. For returns.
Attach purchase invoice.
The merchandise must not show signs of use, both the equipment and the manuals must be in good condition and each product must have its original packaging and / or box without any affectation. References that have a minimum sale quantity must be delivered with the same established unit to be accepted.
Failure to comply with the above, the supplier refrains from receiving the merchandise.
The shipping costs of the return merchandise must be borne by the customer.
The hours of receipt of merchandise for return at the supplier's offices are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 to 4:00 pm (applies to Bogotá).
